Enlightened Yoga Retreat

Yoga Retreats are scheduled for 3-consecutive days, Wednesdays through Sundays.
- Start your enlightened journey on Day-1 with an early, 12pm check-in
- Dinner is on your own, after which you’ll attend a “welcome reception” in our Sans Souci Event Center from 7:00pm to 8:00pm where you’ll receive a special gift
- Wake on Day-2 refreshed after a great night’s sleep in a comfy room and join us for breakfast from 8:00am to 10:00am
- Our first Yoga session will be in a local nature spot from 10:30am to 12:00pm
- From 1:00pm to 4:00pm, your group will enjoy a guided Hike in Garland Park.
