Only Unit 12 is somewhat ADA compliant as described below:

• Unit 12 features a California King bed with at least 42″ of space around the bed, a roll-in shower with bench and grab bar, an electric fireplace, refrigerator, and patio on ground level with threshold of approximately 2″.
• The shower floor dam is under 1″.
• There is approx. 5’ of space for maneuvering around toilet.
